Registration Begins Friday 2/28

Registration for Room Selection for 2020-2021 Academic Year begins Friday, February 28 at 10:00 a.m. and runs through Thursday, March 12 at 4 p.m.

Room Selection Registration is a required step for all students

  • All students must register on the Housing Portal before March 12 and state their intent for housing. This is required in order to maintain guaranteed housing status.
    • This includes Resident Advisers, Special Interest Housing participants, Fraternity and Sorority Life members, students registered with Disability Services, Study Abroad participants, and/or students taking any type leave of absences.
    • Students who plan to move off campus should also register for Room Selection to notify Housing of their intent to live off campus.
       
  • Registration is not complete until you finish the 'Statement of Intent' step.
     
  • You may register as an individual or as a group. Groups must consist of 2 - 10 people.

Reminders for Groups Registration

  • Complete your individual registration. Be sure to verify your eligibility and class standing.

  • Designate a Group Leader. Create a group name and group password. 

  • Distribute group name and group password to all group members, who must log back into their individual applications and add themselves to the group.

  • Group Leader confirms the group after all group members have added themselves to the group. 
     
  • Form groups and complete the Statement of Intent by March 12 at 4 pm in order to finalize your Housing registration.
     
  • If your group is not finalized, you will not be assigned a lottery number and appointment time for Room Selection.

  • Tuesday, March 24: Lottery numbers posted.
  • Thursday, March 26: Appointment times posted.
  • Tuesday, March 31 - Thursday, April 30: Room Selection takes place online.
  • Saturday, May 16: Non-seniors Check Out by 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 21: Seniors Check Out by 12:00 p.m.
