About Lottery Numbers:
- Group members have the same lottery number.
- Lottery numbers are categorized by class seniority, so it is easier to understand your ranking:
- Seniors (30 points): Lottery numbers 1 - 1000
- Mixed point groups (20.1 - 29.9 points): Lottery numbers 1001 - 2000
- Juniors (20 points): Lottery numbers 2001 - 3000
- Mixed point groups (10.1 - 19.9): Lottery numbers 3001 - 4000
- Sophomores (10 points): Lottery numbers 4001 - 5000
Group Selection:
- During your group's appointment time, the Group Leader will log in to the Housing Portal with their UNI and password and will select rooms for themselves and all group members.
- The Group Leader cannot log in before their appointment date/time. They can log in at their scheduled appointment time or at any time after, until Room Selection ends.
- Any decision or action made by the Group Leader or proxy is binding to the group they represent.
- Group Leaders can change group room assignments during the appointment time, as long as it is done before they confirm the rooms. Once confirmed, no changes can be made.
- Group Leaders or proxy cannot sign Occupancy Agreements. Once room assignments are completed, each individual student must log in and sign their own Occupancy Agreement.

Important Dates:
- Thursday, March 26: Appointment Times will be posted to the Housing Portal.
- Tuesday, March 31 - Thursday, April 30: Room Selection takes place online.
